Youth volunteers from I LIGHT Global work in and with such communities to help such children access free and immersive vocational training experiences. The volunteers are encouraged to be mentors for the children to give them vocational training in Art, Dance, Leadership, Theatre, and Public Speaking to enhance their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
